OWN YOUR HEALTH WITH ESSENTIAL OILS
Hello there and welcome to the magic of doTERRA health and essential oils… where you can alchemise your own and your family’s health without costing the earth.
If you are looking to superpower your health in an easy, practical way that is potent, high vibrational and aligned with the new wave of heart-centred business, you’re in the right place. And having people comment on how utterly delicious you smell can be quite nice too… at least for them!
When my son was born, I needed to up my game in family health and find a few modalities I could trust and turn to when extra physical and emotional support was needed.
I chose doTERRA oils for their simplicity, their intense healing properties and the ease with which I could access information on how to use them. I loved how powerful the oils are and I still regularly exclaim to friends, “Darling, this sh*t totally works!” Being a busy mum and businesswoman, I particularly loved that I didn’t have to become an aromatherapist myself in order to use them because I trust the immense research that has already been carried out. I love that I just need my phone for a quick Google search.
I have always been committed to living holistically but my heart is breaking over the disempowerment of women in their own health journey and with the abuse of our planetary home, in the name of progress. I love that these oils place you at the centre of your health and wellbeing. And I love that they are harvested at their indigenous source and sold in an ethical and sustainable way that is aligned with how I long to see the world working.
For over three years, I’ve treated all our illness and wellbeing issues with these magical oils and they are now an integral part of my life and wellbeing. I always have a few on the kitchen counter for regular dousing; when I’m out with friends and we’re feeling frazzled everyone gets a rub before we settle into the serious chats; I know the protocols for basic childhood ailments; and for stronger support in times of stress, I have 5 oils that I use a few times a day to stay grounded and in positive momentum.
Here’s what I suggest:
Buy four of five oils and use them often.
Let them find their place in your life and you will find your own rhythm with them.
Enjoy the dance.
Enjoy supporting your family’s health with pure, potent treatments.
Enjoy knowing you are part of a new paradigm of holistic health.
Enjoy being the change you wish to see in the world.

Mindfulness is noticing and welcoming what is going on within you and around you, moment by moment.
Don’t worry, it is not about peacefulness and it is not about making your mind calm (which is basically impossible). Mindfulness is simply a great technique that has blended ancient eastern philosophy with western psychology to give us more resources to deal with modern life.
Becoming more mindful will build your resilience against stress, expand your perspective, improve your decision making and help combat the challenges of today’s busy, digitally loaded lifestyle. Becoming more mindful, while not solving all your problems, can help you be more at ease with your dis-ease… a dis-ease of non-acceptance that some people say is the root of all suffering.
For now though, I say “Let’s just start by being less mindless, shall we?”
